Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, I have had a lot of spare time on my lands. I decided to utilise this time with getting into the kitchen. I decided to experiment with more vegan and vegetarian ingredients than I normally would, which pushed me out of my comfort zone.
Here are some of the Vegan and Vegetarian foods I made:

Top Row: Korean Vegetarian Bibimbap (Vegetarian), Orange Polenta Cake (Vegan), Mixed Salad (Vegan)
Middle Row: Banana Pancakes (Vegan), Zucchini Fries with Vegan Mayo (Vegan), Vegetable Soup (Vegan)
Lower Row: Strawberry Oat Milk (Vegan), Immunity Juice (Vegan), Watermelon Juice (Vegan).

Top Row: Protein Pancakes (Vegan), Green Detox Juice (Vegan), Chocolate Covered Strawberries (Vegetarian)
Middle Row: Mixed Rice Bowl (Vegan), Spicy Korean Rice Cakes/Teokbokki (Vegetarian), Mango Smoothie Bowl (Vegan)
Lower Row: Green Smoothie Bowl (Vegetarian), Nutella and Strawberry Bagel (Vegetarian), Dalgona Coffee (Vegan)
